Spring Equinox KAP Program

Program Overview

Reconnect, Reflect, Transform

Join us for the Spring Equinox Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) Program, an experience designed to deepen your connection with self, nature, and ancestral roots. This small-group program guides participants through a journey of inner discovery, aligning with the energy of the Spring Equinox to support balance, renewal, and healing.

The program is structured with three main phases:

  • Preparation: Two sessions dedicated to setting intentions, grounding, and cultivating a supportive mindset. These sessions prepare you to approach the dosing experience with clarity and purpose.

  • Dosing Session (March 20): On the Spring Equinox, a powerful time for renewal, you’ll participate in the KAP dosing session. This experience aligns with nature’s rhythms to foster profound insight and connection.

  • Integration: Following dosing, a two-hour integration session provides a supportive space for reflection and processing, helping you bring insights into your daily life.

Our Unique Approach

At Eutierria Therapy, we approach KAP as more than just a therapeutic tool; it’s a pathway to reconnecting with nature, ancestry, and community well-being. This experience is rooted in the belief that healing is holistic, ecocentric, and relational, and that true growth arises when we are supported by both the land and each other.

Incorporating ancestral connection and nature’s rhythms, our Spring Equinox KAP Program encourages participants to explore their inner landscape while feeling grounded by the natural world. This program offers a safe and structured environment for deep exploration and growth, one that respects the unique journey of each participant and the wisdom held in nature and community.

FAQs

What safety precautions are in place for the dosing session?

  • Your safety is our priority. Medical clearance is required before the program begins, which includes a consultation and approval from a Journey Clinical provider. For the dosing session, we require that participants have a blood pressure monitor on hand and follow all guidelines provided to create a safe environment.

Do I need a chaperone for remote KAP sessions?

  • Yes, for remote sessions, a chaperone (a trusted friend or family member) is required to be present in your home during the dosing session. They don’t need to stay in the same room but should be close enough to offer support if needed. For in-office sessions, we recommend having someone to accompany you home after the session.

How do I prepare for the dosing session?

  • In the days leading up to dosing, participants are encouraged to engage in reflection and intention-setting, ideally in a natural space if accessible. We will go over specific preparation steps in our sessions, including journaling, mindfulness practices, and ways to create a comfortable setting.

What should I expect during the integration sessions?

  • The integration sessions allow you to process insights gained during dosing, reflect on what came up for you, and find ways to ground these learnings into your life. We’ll explore supportive practices and create an action plan to help you carry forward any shifts and insights from the experience.
